Cancellation policy

Learn how to cancel or reschedule a booking and what refunds to expect.

Cancellation window

You may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the session start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless the expert also cancels.

✦If you need to reschedule instead of cancel, message the expert directly — many are flexible.

How to cancel

Cancel directly from your dashboard.

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → Bookings.
  2. 2Find the upcoming booking and click 'Cancel'.
  3. 3Confirm the cancellation. A refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
